Common use of Original Copies and Form of Contract for Services Clause in Contracts

Original Copies and Form of Contract for Services. (a) The Producer and the Guild Member will execute the Contract for Services and the Producer will provide a copy of same to the Guild Member. A copy of the Contract for Services is deemed effective for all purposes under this Agreement as if it were original. The Contract for Services may be executed in counterparts and by facsimile or other electronic means and will be deemed effective as if it were the original document.
