Common use of Original Scope of Services Clause in Contracts

Original Scope of Services. The OWNER shall pay, and the CONSULTANT agrees to accept, as compensation for Original Scope of Services pursuant to Appendix "A", which is attached to and made a part hereof, the not to exceed amount of and 00/100 Dollars ($ 0).
