Originating Landline-to-WSP InterMTA Traffic. 4.4.2.1 For AT&T-22STATE originated landline-to-WSP traffic that, at the beginning of the call: (a) originates on AT&T-22STATE’s network in one MTA; and, (b) is delivered to the mobile unit of WSP’s End User located in another MTA, AT&T-22STATE shall charge and WSP shall pay a combined switched network access service rate of fifty percent (50%) inter-state and fifty percent (50%) intrastate per minute of use for such originating InterMTA traffic, as stated in the Pricing Schedule attached hereto. WSP shall not charge and AT&T-22STATE shall not pay reciprocal compensation for originating landline-to-WSP InterMTA Traffic.
