OSPM Food Service*. The Food service staff at OSPM will have the opportunity to bid for four shifts as follows: A. M. Shift: (3:30 A.M. to 1:30 P.M.) with Sunday, Monday and Tuesday off. Except when Food Services staff are on vacation, training, or has other scheduled time off, then five 8 hour days, with Sunday and Monday off.
