Other Applications. Afterwards, without limiting the scope of application of paragraphs a) and b) of this clause, before hiring any other professor for a position or teaching load in the regular program, the College shall consider the following applications, which must be submitted in writing within the time frame provided for in the collective agreement: − a full-time non-tenured professor at the College during the previous teaching year; − an hourly paid professor at the College; − a professor employed by the College who wishes to change subject; − a professor from another college.
Other Applications. 21 The provisions of Section 6.C below on the use of personal holidays will 22 also apply to a religious holiday taken in lieu of Christmas as provided in Section 1.A.

Other Applications a. Focus may offer or recommend applications or services developed by third parties to be used in conjunction with TimeTrak. Focus makes no warranties in relation to any such third-party applications.
b. Focus is not responsible for any third-party application that you may obtain or connect to TimeTrak. If you install or enable a third-party application for use with TimeTrak, you consent to Focus allowing the third-party application to access your data as required to enable TimeTrak and the third-party application to operate together. Any exchange of data or other interaction between you and a third- party provider is solely between you and them. Focus is not responsible or liable for any disclosure, modification or deletion of your data as a result of any access to TimeTrak by a third-party application or any third-party provider.
Other Applications. Application for Approval of Class Counsel Fees
Other Applications. (a) Other applications or services may be developed by third parties to be used in conjunction with the Software (‘Other Applications’). We make no warranties in relation to any such Other Application, regardless of whether that Other Application is provided by an MYOB Greentree Partner or is otherwise recommended by us.
(b) If you install or enable Other Applications for use with the Software, you consent to us allowing the Other Applications to access your data as required to enable our Software and the Other Application to operate together.
(c) Any exchange of data or other interaction between you and a third party provider is solely between you and them. We are not responsible or liable for any disclosure, modification or deletion of your data as a result of any access to our Software by a third party provider of an Other Application.
(d) Unless otherwise expressly stated in this agreement or required by law, we are not responsible for any Other Application that you may obtain or connect to the Software.
Other Applications. Any amounts not payable to or retained by Lessee pursuant to this Section 11 or Section 12 hereof because a Default or an Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing shall be paid to Lessor until such Default or Event of Default shall cease to be continuing, except that if Lessor shall have theretofore declared this Lease to be in default pursuant to Section 18 hereof, such amounts shall be retained by Lessor and disposed of in accordance with the provisions thereof.
Other Applications. Applications of Licensed Products which are not Covered Applications or Excluded Applications. As provided in this Agreement Other Applications may be modified from time to time.
Other Applications. During the [***] period following the Notice Date, Corixa will not make an initial offer to any third party of any technology in the field of ex vivo cell therapy for applications other than [***] applications on terms which are, on balance, more favorable to such third party then the terms rejected by CellPro under Section 4.1. If, however, Corixa accepts a proposal made by a third party or modifies a proposal made to a third party in response to good faith negotiations with such third party, Corixa is not obligated to offer such technology to CellPro prior to entering into the arrangement with the third party.
Other Applications. Licensee Fees for Reactors incorporated or integrated into Nano Reactor Units that will be operated in connection with Other Applications at Facilities will be published from time to time by Licensor in its license fee and price lists.
