Other Audits or Reviews. Subgrantees shall inform the Grantee of any program or financial audits or reviews performed by or on behalf of any federal, state, local, or other governmental unit that concern or involve Grantee programs or staff providing services under any Grantee program, and shall provide copies of the findings or results of such audits or reviews to the Grantee within 30 days of receiving such findings or results. Subgrantees shall provide the Grantee with copies of any plans or documents that they create to address any findings or issues identified in such audits or reviews within 10 days of submitting such plans or documents.
