Other Benefit and Compensation Programs. Payments and other benefits received by Employee under this Agreement shall not be deemed a part of Employee's regular, recurring compensation for purposes of the termination, indemnity, or severance pay law of any country and shall not be included in, nor have any effect on, the determination of benefits under any other employee benefit plan, contract, or similar arrangement provided by CNT (or an Affiliate of CNT) unless expressly so provided by such other plan, contract, or arrangement, or unless the Committee determines that the Option, or a portion thereof, should be included to accurately recognize that the Option has been made in lieu of a portion of competitive cash compensation, if such is the case.
Other Benefit and Compensation Programs. Neither the RSUs nor the Common Shares into which the RSUs are settled shall not be deemed a part of the Employee’s regular, recurring compensation for purposes of the termination, indemnity, or severance pay law of any country and shall not be included in, nor have any effect on, the determination of benefits under any other employee benefit plan, contract, or similar arrangement provided by the Company or any Affiliate unless expressly so provided by such other plan, contract, or arrangement, or unless the Committee determines that the RSUs, or a portion thereof, should be included to accurately recognize that the RSU grant has been made in lieu of a portion of competitive cash compensation, if such is the case.
Other Benefit and Compensation Programs. Awards received by Participants under the Plan shall not be deemed a part of a Participant’s regular, recurring compensation for purposes of calculating payments or benefits from any Company benefit plan or severance program unless specifically provided for under the plan or program. Unless specifically set forth in an Award Agreement, Awards under the Plan are not intended as payment for compensation that otherwise would have been delivered in cash, and even if so intended, such Awards shall be subject to such vesting requirements and other terms, conditions and restrictions as may be provided in the Award Agreement.

The Shares of Restricted Stock received by Employee under this Agreement shall not be deemed a part of Employee's regular, recurring compensation for purposes of the termination, indemnity, or severance pay law of any country and shall not be included in, nor have any effect on, the determination of benefits under any other employee benefit plan, contract, or similar arrangement provided by CNT (or an Affiliate of CNT) unless expressly so provided by such other plan, contract, or arrangement, or unless the Committee determines that the Restricted Stock, or a portion thereof, should be included to accurately recognize that the Restricted Stock grant has been made in lieu of a portion of competitive cash compensation, if such is the case.
Other Benefit and Compensation Programs. Payments received by a Participating Pilot pursuant to this Agreement shall not be treated as a part of such Participating Pilot’s regular recurring compensation for purposes of the determination of benefits under any other employee benefit plan, contract or similar arrangement provided by the Company unless expressly so provided by such other plan, contract or arrangement, or unless the Company expressly determines otherwise.
Other Benefit and Compensation Programs. Payments and other benefits received by the Optionee pursuant to this Agreement will not be deemed a part of the Optionee's regular, recurring compensation for purposes of the termination, indemnity or severance pay laws of any country and will not be included in, nor have any effect on, the determination of benefits under any other employee benefit plan, contract or similar arrangement provided by the Company or an affiliate of the Company unless expressly so provided by such other plan, contract or arrangement.
Other Benefit and Compensation Programs. Unless otherwise specifically determined by the Board, the Option is intended to be "nonqualified compensation" under the Code and shall not be deemed a part of Holder's regular, recurring compensation for purposes of calculating payments or benefits from any Company benefit plan or severance program. Further, the Company may adopt other compensation programs, plans or arrangements as it deems appropriate or necessary. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer upon Holder any right to receive additional options under the Plan.
Other Benefit and Compensation Programs. Payments and other benefits received by a participant under an award made pursuant to this Plan shall not be deemed a part of a participant’s compensation for purposes of the determination of benefits under any other employee welfare or benefit plans or arrangements, if any, provided by the Corporation or any Subsidiary, except where the Administrator expressly otherwise provides or authorizes in writing. Awards under this Plan may be made in addition to, in combination with, as alternatives to or in payment of grants, awards or commitments under any other plans or arrangements of the Corporation or the Subsidiaries.

Neither the Restricted Stock Units nor the shares of Stock into which the Restricted Stock Units are settled shall be deemed a part of the Participant's regular, recurring compensation for purposes of the termination, indemnity, or severance pay law of any country and shall not be included in, nor have any effect on, the determination of benefits under any other Participant benefit plan, contract, or similar arrangement provided by the Company or any Affiliate unless expressly so provided by such other plan, contract, or arrangement, or unless the Committee determines that the Restricted Stock Units, or a portion thereof, should be included to accurately recognize that the Restricted Stock Unit grant has been made in lieu of a portion of competitive cash compensation, if such is the case.
