Other Benefits and Perquisites The Executive shall be entitled to participate in the benefit plans provided by the Company for all employees, generally, and for the Company’s executive employees. The Company shall be entitled to change or terminate these plans in its sole discretion at any time.
Benefits Perquisites and Expenses Benefits. During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in (1) each welfare benefit plan sponsored or maintained by the Company, including, without limitation, each life, hospitalization, medical, dental, health, accident or disability insurance or similar plan or program of the Company, and (2) each pension, profit sharing, retirement, deferred compensation or savings plan sponsored or maintained by the Company, in each case, whether now existing or established hereafter, to the extent that the Executive is eligible to participate in any such plan under the generally applicable provisions thereof. With respect to the pension or retirement benefits payable to the Executive, the Executive's service credited for purposes of determining the Executive's benefits and vesting shall be determined in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan or program. Nothing in this Section 3(c), in and of itself, shall be construed to limit the ability of the Company to amend or terminate any particular plan, program or arrangement. For the purposes of defining years of service, the Executive shall be given credit for his/her years of service with Genesis Health Ventures, Inc.
Other Benefits During the Term, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in or receive benefits under the Company’s employee benefit plans in effect from time to time, subject to the terms of such plans.
Executive Perquisites, Benefits and Other Compensation Employee shall be entitled to receive additional benefits and compensation from the Company in such form and to such extent as specified below:
Executive Perquisites Executive shall be entitled to receive such executive perquisites and fringe and other benefits as are provided to the senior most executives and their families under any of the Company's plans and/or programs in effect from time to time and such other benefits as are customarily available to executives of the Company and their families.
Entitlement to Other Benefits Except as expressly provided herein, this Agreement shall not be construed as limiting in any way any rights or benefits the Employee, his spouse, dependents or beneficiaries may have pursuant to any other employee benefits plans or programs.
Other Benefit Plans The Executive, his spouse and their eligible dependents (as defined in, and to the extent permitted by, the applicable plan), as the case may be, shall be entitled to participate in or be covered under all medical, dental, group disability, group life, severance, accidental death and travel accident insurance plans and programs of the Company to the extent such plans and programs are generally available to executives of the Company holding comparable positions or having comparable responsibilities.
Severance Compensation and Benefits Not in Derogation of Other Benefits Anything to the contrary herein contained notwithstanding, the payment or obligation to pay any monies, or granting of any benefits, rights or privileges to Executive as provided in this Agreement shall not be in lieu or derogation of the rights and privileges that the Executive now has or will have under any plans or programs of or agreements with the Company, except that if the Executive received any payment hereunder, the Executive shall not be entitled to any payment under the Company’s severance policy for officers and directors.
Fringe Benefits and Perquisites During the Employment Term, the Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and perquisites consistent with those provided to similarly situated executives of the Company.
Perquisites During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such perquisites as are generally provided to other senior officers of the Company in accordance with the then current policies and practices of the Company.
