Other Collaborations. Each of the University and the Company shall be free to conduct other research, whether under the sponsorship of or in collaboration with, the federal government or other third parties, or otherwise, provided that the terms and conditions of any such research, sponsorships, or collaborations shall not conflict with the terms of this Agreement.
Other Collaborations. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement limits the ability of either Party to collaborate or enter into any agreements with any third Person.

Other Collaborations. Biosource agrees that, during the term of the Research Collaboration, it will not enter into nor allow its Affiliates to enter into, any collaboration in the TDCC Field with a Third Party without the written approval of TDCC. TDCC and DAS acknowledge that Biosource is currently engaged in certain cooperative research with Third Parties related to Transient Transformation Technology, which research is outside the TDCC Field.

Other Collaborations. MORPHOSYS and IMMUNOGEN hereby acknowledge that, unless otherwise provided herein, MORPHOSYS may grant exclusive rights to utilize the MORPHOSYS HuCAL Technologies with respect to the development and commercialization of products (i) within or outside the Field directed to any Target which is not an IMMUNOGEN Target, and (ii) for commercial applications outside the Field directed to any Target, to any other party at any time and that, unless otherwise provided herein, MORPHOSYS shall have the right, alone or in conjunction with a third party, to utilize the MORPHOSYS HuCAL Technologies with respect to any such Target for any such purpose, or to grant licenses to third parties with respect thereto. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way restrict MORPHOSYS' right to perform research or collaborate with third parties and to grant to third parties the right to exploit the results of any such research or collaborations without restriction other than as expressly provided in Sections 2.1.4 and 2.4, or in Article 3.

The FDNC collaborates with several strategic partners and organisations: - MRC Human Nutrition Research on food composition data for the NDNS survey; - Royal Society of Chemistry - publication of the M&W food composition books and new eBooks; - British Nutrition Society - supports dissemination and stakeholder engagements; - Xxxxx Xxxxxx – an independent nutritional consultant that previously worked for the Food Standards Agency; - The food industry (egg industry and shellfish organisation) and other national food database FCDB Compiler organisations (e.g. the National Food Agency in Sweden on analyses of fish to share data and avoid duplication) either bilaterally or via EuroFIR AISBL, and INFOODS.
Other Collaborations. Being one of its founding members, SAP is participating in the European NESSI initiative aiming at providing a unified outlook for Services Architectures and Software Infrastructures for European research organizations. The work of XXXXX is strongly influencing the projects of the European Union's Seventh Framework Program, such as MASTER, RESERVOIR, SLA@SOI, and SOA4All, in which SAP is involved as a partner. SAP is also collaborating with the Modelplex FP6 project on model-based testing techniques involving formal models.
