Other Committee Participation. The University recognizes that the knowledge, skills and abilities of staff members enable them to make positive contributions to the development of the University. The University, therefore, acknowledges the desirability of providing, wherever possible, opportunities for individual staff members to participate in and contribute to senior University and Presidential Committees responsible for recommending University policies and procedures. Time spent on such committees during regular business hours shall be considered time worked.
