Other Consultees. The Council may also involve at its discretion “such other persons as appear to the Authority to have an interest in matters relating to development in the area”. The Council has therefore identified a group of Other Consultees and grouped them under generic headings as listed in section 5 of Appendix 3. These non-statutory consultees comprise a number of other individuals, agencies and organisations that the Council consider hold a relevant interest in Powys, many of whom have been actively involved or interested in previous development plan work, and who have been invited to get involved or who have requested to be involved in the LDP. Anyone wishing to ensure they are included in LDP consultation may request inclusion in the mailing list by contacting the planning policy team using the details given at page 40.

  • AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT The person or persons executing this Agreement on behalf of Consultant warrants and represents that he/she has the authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the Consultant and has the authority to bind Consultant to the performance of its obligations hereunder.

  • WORK BY SUPERVISORS Supervisors and all other excluded employees will not work on any job for which rates are established by this agreement, except for the purpose of instruction, experimenting, safety or environ- mental reasons or when regular employees are not available.

  • PROFESSORS AND TEACHERS A professor or teacher who makes a temporary visit to a Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years for the purpose of teaching or conducting research at a university, college, school or other educational institution, and who is, or immediately before such visit was, a resident of the other Contracting State shall be exempt from tax in the first-mentioned Contracting State in respect of remuneration for such teaching or research.

  • Supervisors Supervisors may continue to perform bargaining unit work which is incidental to their jobs. They may also perform bargaining unit work in emergency situations and where such work is necessary to train a covered member. Such work by supervisors may result from but shall not cause any layoffs of covered members.

  • Other Resources Participant shall be responsible for providing such other resources as may be reasonably necessary for connection with the implementation of the HIE, including but not limited to making available such Participant staff members as may be necessary for such purposes.

  • Exclusive Representative The University recognizes UPTE-CWA 9119, which was certified by the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) on April 15, 1996 in SF-PC-1051-H as the sole and exclusive representative for the purposes of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment for all employees, excluding employees defined by XXXXX as managerial, supervisory and/or confidential and all student employees whose employment is contingent upon their status as students, in the bargaining unit.
