OTHER CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES. The Contractor shall be responsible for returning to the Owner all items issued during construction such as keys, security passes, site admittance badges, and all other pertinent items. The Contractor shall be responsible for notifying the appropriate utility companies to transfer utility charges from the Contractor to the Owner. The utility transfer date shall not be before Substantial Completion and may not be until Final Completion, if the Owner does not take beneficial use of the facility and the Contractor's forces continue with the Work.
