FINAL PAYMENT AND CLOSEOUT. 22.1 Upon completion of all the Work under this Contract, Contractor shall notify County, in writing, that Contractor has completed Contractor's part of the Contract and shall request final payment. Upon receipt of such notice County shall inspect the Work, and if acceptable, submit to the Public Works Director a recommendation as to acceptance of the completed Work and as to the final estimate of the amount due the Contractor. If the Work is not acceptable, County shall notify Contractor within fifteen (15) days of Contractor's request for final payment. Upon approval of this final estimate by the County, and compliance by the Contractor with provisions set forth in Section 22.2 below, County shall pay to the Contractor all monies due under the provisions of this Contract. Contractor shall submit its application for Final Payment within ninety (90) days after Substantial Completion, unless written extension is granted by County. Contractor shall not delay final payment application for any reason, including nonpayment of Subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers or others not a party to this Contract, or lack of resolution of a dispute with County or any other person of matters arising out of or relating to the Contract. If Contractor fails to submit its final payment application within ninety (90) days after Substantial Completion, and Contractor has not obtained written extension by County, all requests or Claims for additional costs or an extension of Contract Time shall be waived.

FINAL PAYMENT AND CLOSEOUT. Subcontractor’s final invoice for the Subcontract and release and assignment shall be submitted to RTI within sixty (60) calendar days following completion of the period of performance of the Subcontract. In the event that quick closeout is requested by RTI, Subcontractor shall comply with FAR Part 42.708 to complete the Subcontract closeout. Payment of the final invoice will be withheld pending: • Completion, submission, and acceptance by RTI of all work performed under the Subcontract’s Statement of Work • Completion of Subcontract Release and Assignment Form including patent/invention report, and property report; and • Clear, visible, and proper marking of “final invoice” on the actual final invoice.

  • FINAL PAYMENT AND CLOSE-OUT A. If a DBE/MBE/WBE Program Plan is agreed to and the Contractor has identified Subcontractors, the Contractor is required to submit a Contract Close-Out MBE/WBE Compliance Report to the Purchasing Manager no later than the 15th calendar day after completion of all work under the contract. Final payment, retainage, or both may be withheld if the Contractor is not in compliance with the requirements as accepted by the City.

  • Final Payment All items or Automated Clearing House (ACH) transfers credited to your account are provisional until we receive final payment. If final payment is not received, we may charge your account for the amount of such items or ACH transfers and impose a return item charge on your account.   • Project Closeout a. Participate in final inspection to prepare punch lists for project contractor to correct and/or to complete listed items. Verify that items on punch lists have been completed successfully assist COUNTY Project Manager or designee to determine completion date and coordinate project close out.

  • Contract Closeout ‌ Prior to the contract’s expiration date, Supplier may be provided contract close out documentation and shall complete, sign and return to VITA Supply Chain Management within 30 days of receipt. This documentation may include, but not be limited to: Patent/Royalty Certificate, Tangible Property/Asset Certificate, Escrow Certificate, SWaM Subcontracting Certification of Compliance, Sales Reports/IFA Payments Completion Certificate, and Final Payment Certificate. Supplier is required to process these as requested to ensure completion of close-out administration and to maintain a positive performance reputation with the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any closeout documentation not received within 30 days of Supplier’s receipt of the Commonwealth's request will be documented in the contract file as Supplier non-compliance. Supplier’s non-compliance may affect any pending payments due the Supplier, including final payment, until the documentation is returned.
