Other Coverages. The insurance required under this contract shall be endorsed to be primary of all other valid and collectable coverages maintained by the Sponsor and indicated on such Certificate of Insurance. Any other insurance or self-insurance maintained by the Sponsor or its members, officers, employees or agents shall be in excess of the insurance provided by or on behalf of the School.
