OTHER COVERED. LOST/DAMAGED KEYS In the event the Customer loses or damages home or apartment keys, office keys, motorcycle, RV Travel Trailer keys, in addition to the Covered Vehicle Key/Remotes, You may be eligible for reimbursement consideration up to two hundred fifty ($250) dollars per replacement. The Other Covered Lost/Damaged Keys benefit does not apply to programmable keys/remotes or keys/remotes to a vehicle other than the Covered Vehicle. Prior authorization is required for ALL key replacements.

  • Other Coverage Borrower shall provide to Lender evidence of such other reasonable insurance in such reasonable amounts as Lender may from time to time request against such other insurable hazards which at the time are commonly insured against for property similar to the subject Property located in or around the region in which the subject Property is located. Such coverage requirements may include but are not limited to coverage for earthquake, acts of terrorism, business income, delayed business income, rental loss, sink hole, soft costs, tenant improvement or environmental.

  • Other Coverages The insurance provided by the School shall apply on a primary basis and any other insurance or self-insurance maintained by the Sponsor or its members, officers, employees, or agents, shall be in excess of the insurance provided by or on behalf of/ the School.

  • PROGRAMS COVERED 4.1 The State's threshold and its major Federal assistance programs shall be determined based on the Single Audit for fiscal year ending 06/30/2020. This Agreement is intended only for traffic consisting of wireline to wireline communications, not for Mobile Wireless Service traffic, and neither Party will route Mobile Wireless Service traffic to the other Party (other than Transit Traffic) without first executing a separate written agreement to govern such traffic.

  • PERSONS COVERED This Agreement shall apply to persons who are residents of one or both of the Contracting States.
