WHAT IS COVERED. In consideration of payment of the Service Agreement price, this Service Agreement provides for either the repair or replacement of the covered product(s) subject to the terms and conditions below. The most we will pay on any single repair to our covered product or its replacement is the price you paid for the original product, excluding taxes. This Agreement does not cover repair or replacement of the product for any of the causes or provide coverage for any losses set forth in the section entitled WHAT IS NOT COVERED below.

4. Mechanisms (Sleeper, Reclining, Inclining, Heating & Vibrating, Umbrella)
5. Stains from a specific incident (Such as food, beverage, cosmetics, lotion, nail polish, nail polish remover, bleach, glue, grease, oil, suntan oil, paint, ball point pen, marker, crayon, gum, tar, wax, ink, dye, grass, mud, shoe polish, human & pet bodily fluids)
6. Accidental damage from a specific event:
a. Burn
b. Puncture, Rip, Tear or Cut
c. Breakage
d. Liquid Ring or Xxxx x. Heat Xxxx x. Scratch, Xxxxx or Chip (Wood & Hard Surfaces Only)
g. Checking, Cracking Bubbling or Peeling of Finish (Wood & Hard Surfaces Only)
WHAT IS COVERED. Champion Bus, your warrantor, extends the following limited warranty to you; in which the limited warranty covers your conversion only pertaining to material defects in all materials and workmanship supplied by or performed by Champion Bus.
WHAT IS COVERED. Subject to the terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions described in further detail below, NBP warrants its Products to be free from the following defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship under normal use: (1) chipping, cracking, peeling or blistering of the vinyl frame; (2) material obstruction of vision through the Insulated Glass Unit (“IGU”) due to dust, moisture or film within the IGU in compliance with ASTM C1036 and (3) other non-specified Product components and screen defects resulting in a significant impairment of operation or usage. Upon proper Notice of a claim made within the Coverage Period, NBP will provide Product replacement parts necessary for repair of a covered warranty issue that results in a significant impairment of operation or usage. NBP will provide replacement parts only. If original parts are not available, NBP, at its sole discretion, will provide the closest equivalent part available. If the provision of parts is not commercially practical or cannot be timely made, NBP, in its sole discretion, may refund the price (prorated if applicable) of the affected part in full satisfaction of its obligation under this Warranty. NBP is not responsible for labor or delivery costs incurred in repairing or replacing Products, or any incidental or consequential damages that may arise out of a claim for breach of this warranty.
WHAT IS COVERED. After satisfying the annual deductible indicated on the declarations page, we will reimburse you our coinsurance share of covered expenses for your pet’s injuries including but not limited to:
a. Laboratory Tests
b. X-rays, ultrasound, MRI and CAT Scan c. Surgery
d. Hospitalization
e. Prescription medication that is prescribed by a veterinarian
f. Extractions to permanent broken teeth due to an accident
g. Euthanasia (when advised by a veterinarian to alleviate suffering)
WHAT IS COVERED. This Agreement covers all Electronic Fund Transfers that you make, or authorize us to make, through our e-Bankoh Online Services and any services we may make available to you in the future.

Upon proper Notice of a claim made within the Coverage Period, NBP will provide Product replacement parts necessary for repair of a covered warranty issue that results in a significant impairment of operation or usage. NBP will provide replacement parts only. If original parts are not available, NBP, at its sole discretion, will provide the closest equivalent part or product available. WHAT IS COVERED. With ChargePoint Assure, ChargePoint agrees to do each of the following:
a. Ensure that all parts are provided and labor is performed, on-site if necessary, to correct any defect in the materials or workmanship of electric vehicle charging stations purchased from ChargePoint, Inc., or its representatives (“Charging Stations”) in a prompt and professional manner.
b. Provide remote, automated monitoring of your Charging Stations.
c. Perform triage with respect to any Charging Station that may be defective.
d. Coordinate all repairs necessary to have your Charging Station back up and running.
e. Ensure that you are provided response no later than one business day from the date ChargePoint becomes aware of an issue.
f. Begin onsite repairs within one business day from the delivery of any parts required to fix your Charging Station.
g. ChargePoint will provide software moves, adds and changes at no additional cost
h. ChargePoint guarantees a 98% annual station uptime with a prorated refund of up to the annual station Assure maintenance fee for outages caused by station hardware or software failures in excess of 2% annually
i. ChargePoint will provide standard monthly summary and quarterly detailed station usage and performance metrics.
j. ChargePoint will cover the labor portion of non-cosmetic station repairs caused by vandalism, auto accidents or excessive wear and tear.
