WHAT IS COVERED definition
WHAT IS COVERED. Coverage described in this Service Agreement will not replace or provide duplicative benefits during any active manufacturer’s warranty period. During such period, anything covered under that warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and will not be considered under this Agreement; regardless of the manufacturer’s ability to fulfill its obligations.
WHAT IS COVERED. We will cover only the following defects or damage to Your Covered Product:
WHAT IS COVERED. The Software Warranty only covers the most current General Availability (GA) version of the Software and the most current Early Adopter (EA) version of the Software. Further, the Software Warranty only covers programming defects and errors in the Software that materially and adversely affect the operation of the Software in accordance with its documentation (each, an “Error”). The Software Warranty does not cover Third Party Software.

WHAT IS COVERED: Service performed hereunder shall consist of labor and parts necessary to restore or replace Your wireless product and similar wireless equipment as listed on the Schedule Page to normal operating condition, up to the maximum number of replacements established in the Schedule page, within a twelve (12) month period beginning on the date of loss of the first replacement under the program.

WHAT IS COVERED. Any defect in material or workmanship of your AGRI-FAB product or part.
WHAT IS COVERED. This Limited Warranty provides coverage for certain defects in workmanship and materials attributable to Viaggio’s manufacture and assembly of the Boat. This coverage applies only to those items and portions of the Boat not excluded under the “WHAT IS NOT COVERED” section or by the express terms of this Limited Warranty. WHAT IS COVERED. This Policy provides for the repair or replacement of your product in the event the product experiences a breakdown. If we determine that we cannot repair your product as specified in this Policy, we may replace the product with a replacement product or, at our discretion, we will issue you a voucher, electronic payment, gift card or cheque for the purchase price for the product, excluding taxes, as indicated on your sales receipt or order confirmation email, to return to The Source to purchase a replacement product. Parts used to repair or replace Your Product will be new original equipment parts that perform to the factory specifications of Your Product; in the event new original equipment parts are unavailable, factory- refurbished equipment parts of like kind or quality may be used to repair or replace Your Product. This Service Agreement provides pick-up and delivery for Your Product from date of Product purchase. This Service Agreement does not cover repair or replacement of the Product for any of the causes, or provide coverage for any losses set forth in the section entitled “WHAT IS NOT COVERED” below.

WHAT IS COVERED. Upon payment of the deductible amount per visit selected on the front of this Extended Service Agreement and before the expiration of this Extended Service Agreement, necessary mechanical repairs to the components listed below in the specific plan of coverage selected, without additional charge to You will be made. This Extended Service Agreement covers any failure to a covered component resulting from normal wear and tear. Replacement of any part may be made with new parts, remanufactured parts, non-original manufacturer's parts, or with parts of like kind and quality at the time of breakdown. This Agreement is subject to a Waiting Period (See Waiting Period herein) commencing from the Date of Sale. Coverage under this Agreement begins upon expiration of the Waiting Period.
