Other Debt Securities. If Borrower shall have issued debt securities in the public or private placement markets at any time prior to the Initial Maturity Date that have covenants or events of default more favorable to the purchasers thereof than those contained in this Agreement that apply to Term Loans that are not Prepayable Term Loans, then this Agreement shall be deemed modified to reflect such more favorable covenants and events of defaults that apply to Term Loans that are not Prepayable Term Loans, and, if requested by the Administrative Agent, Borrower and the Guarantors shall enter into an amendment to this Agreement in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent to reflect such modifications.
