Common use of Other Deficiencies Clause in Contracts

Other Deficiencies. Other deficiencies regarding the teacher's failure to adhere to reasonable work rules or other documented deficiencies not noted during the formal observations must be put in writing and provided to the teacher generally within seven (7) workdays after the deficient performance occurs and/or is observed by or reported to the teacher's supervisor but not later than the date of the teacher's receipt of the evaluation report. Deficiencies observed after receipt of such report shall be applied to the next report. The evaluator must include said deficiencies in any plan for correction of deficiencies, where appropriate, and shall include a reasonable time period for correction.
