Other Dependents. i) Any person who is wholly dependent on the member for support and for whom the member is entitled to an income tax deduction. Proof that the person is dependent on the member will be required. ii) A divorced spouse, who, as part of a divorce settlement, is dependent on the member for support. Evidence of the dependence of the divorced spouse will be required. For pension purposes, the definition contained in the applicable pension plan will apply.
