Other Employee Relations Policies and Procedures. The Systems shall include any other reasonable employee relations policies or procedures that the President, acting through the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, deems appropriate, which may include, but are not limited to, policies or procedures relating to orientation programs for new or re-employed University employees, an employee suggestion program, the responsibility of University employees for property placed in their charge, work breaks, inclement weather and emergencies, and employment outside the University.
