Other Government Laws. Licensee shall comply with, and ensure that its Affiliates and Sublicensees comply with, all government statutes and regulations that relate to Licensed Products and Biological Materials. These include but are not limited to FDA statutes and regulations, the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, codified in 50 App. U.S.C. 2041 et seq. and the regulations promulgated thereunder or other applicable export statutes or regulations.
Other Government Laws. CTI shall comply with, and ensure that its Affiliates and Sublicensees comply with, all government statutes and regulations that relate to Licensed Products. These include but are not limited to FDA statutes and regulations, the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, codified in 50 App. U.S.C. 2041 et seq. and the regulations promulgated thereunder or other applicable export statutes or regulations.

Akouos shall comply with, and ensure that its Affiliates and Sublicensees comply with, all mandatory and applicable government statutes and regulations that relate to Licensed Products. These include but are not limited to FDA statutes and regulations, the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, codified in 50 App. U.S.C. 2041 et seq. and the regulations promulgated thereunder or other applicable export statutes or regulations.

FBIO shall comply with, and ensure that its Affiliates and Sublicensees comply with, all government statutes and regulations that relate to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products. These include but are not limited to FDA statutes and regulations, the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, codified in 50 App. U.S.C. 2041 et seq. and the regulations promulgated thereunder or other applicable export statutes or regulations.
Other Government Laws. Calico shall comply with, and require that its Affiliates and Sublicensees comply with, all government statutes and regulations applicable to Collaboration Products. These include but are not limited to FDA statutes and regulations, the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, codified in 50 App. U.S.C. 2041 et seq. and the regulations promulgated thereunder or other applicable export statutes or regulations.

Other Government Laws. Poseida shall comply with, and ensure that its Affiliates and Sublicensees comply with, all applicable government statutes and regulations that relate to Licensed Products.

These include but are not limited to FDA statutes and regulations, the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, codified in 50 App. U.S.C. 2041 et seq. and the regulations promulgated thereunder or other applicable export statutes or regulations.
