Other Incentive Compensation Plans, Programs, and Arrangements. Beginning with fiscal year 2023, and on an annual basis thereafter during the Term, Executive shall also be eligible to participate in all of the Company’s discretionary short-term and long-term incentive compensation plans, programs, and arrangements, if any, as shall be adopted and/or modified from time to time by the Board or the Compensation Committee and generally made available to other similarly situated senior executive officers of the Company.
