Fiscal Year 2023. URA-AFT unit employees shall receive a retroactive across the board salary increase in the amount of 4%, effective July 1, 2022. To be eligible for this payment, members of the unit must be on the University’s payroll in a URA negotiations unit position June 30, 2022 and continue to be on the payroll in a URA negotiations unit position on the payment date of the increase. The annual base salaries of record for all unit members will be adjusted accordingly. The new rate of pay will be effective July 1, 2022.

Effective September 1, 2021, a 3% Cost of Living Adjustment will be applied to the stipend schedules. ● Effective September 1, 2022, a 3% Cost of Living Adjustment will be applied to the stipend schedules. ● Effective August 31, 2023, an additional .5% Cost of Living Adjustment will be applied to the stipend schedules. ● Effective September 1, 2020, all Unit C members who hold a special education teaching license granted by the state of Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (or hold a comparable teaching license from another state and have applied for Massachusetts licensure), or are certified as Registered Behavior Technicians® (XXX®), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts® (BCaBA®) or Board Certified Behavior Analysts® (BCBA®) shall qualify for a salary differential of $600.

Fiscal Year 2023. ● Effective September 1, 2022, the Committee will provide $100,000 solely for the purpose of providing elementary teachers with increased preparation time per the recommendation of the Joint Labor Management Committee.
Fiscal Year 2023. Effective the first day of the first full pay period beginning on or after October 1, 2022, the FY 2023 salary schedules of employees employed by the Government of the District of Columbia Department of Behavioral Health and represented by the Committee of Interns and Residents/Service Employees International Union, CTW, CLC, as certified by PERB shall be adjusted by 3.5%.
Fiscal Year 2023. Solely for Fiscal Year 2023, K12 and the Board will mutually agree on a budget or budgets for Fiscal Year 2023 and K12 will provide financial resources to ensure that the School will not end Fiscal Year 2023 in a Negative Change in Net Asset Position where School Expenses set forth in the agreed upon budget or budgets exceed School Revenue. Mutual agreement on a budget is indicated only if signed by the Portfolio Vice President for K12 and the Board Treasurer for CAU. Financial resources from K12 may include working capital advances with no interest and/or non-reimbursable contributions to the School. The USBE-funded Start-up and Implementation Grant & Revolving Loan that have been approved for CAU will be utilized and optimized as allowable by law.
Section 8.1. is revised solely for Fiscal Year 2023 such that for that Fiscal Year the sentence that states “K12 shall employ the Operations Manager, Registrar and Testing Coordinator for the School, each of which, at K12’s discretion, may be assigned to work at the Facility,” is deleted and replaced by “K12 shall employ the Operations Manager, Operations Support Specialist, and Community Engagement Specialist. At K12’s discretion, those personnel for the school may be assigned to work at the Facility.”
Fiscal Year 2023. Effective October 10, 2022, each step of the Pay Plan shall be increased by 2% as set forth in Addendum C. • Effective October 10, 2022, a Step 14 shall be added to the Pay Plan for the rank of police officer, which shall be 2% more than Step 13 as set forth in Addendum C. The salaries for the affected employees in the rank of police officer shall be adjusted based on their years of service as certified police officers with the City in accordance with Addendum C.
Fiscal Year 2023. The parties will meet to open the Agreement for the sole purpose of negotiating wages for Fiscal Year 2023 (contract year commencing July 1, 2022) no later than sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of the fiscal year.
