Compensation and Employment Benefits. In consideration of the performance of Employee’s duties, responsibilities, and authorities under this Agreement, the Company shall provide Employee with the following compensation and employment benefits during the Term:

Compensation and Employment Benefits. The employees must donate one (1) day of sick leave to the Bank during the enrollment period to become a member, and (1) day of sick leave every following year to continue membership. Forms authorizing the donation of sick leave days must be signed and turned in to the District office before the employee becomes a member of the Bank. Days donated to the Sick Leave Bank shall be non-returnable to the donor as accumulated sick leave in the event of loss of Bank membership or separation or transfer from the District.
