Forms of Discipline Discipline includes oral and written reprimands, reduction in pay, suspension, demotion, and discharge.
SELLER NOTICE OF DISCREPANCIES Seller shall promptly notify Buyer in writing when discrepancies in Seller’s process, including any violation of or deviation from Seller’s approved inspection/quality control system, or goods/materials are discovered or suspected which may affect the Services delivered or to be delivered under this Contract.
Types of Discipline The types of discipline recognized for purposes of applying one of the appeal procedures under this Article are:
Accounting of Disclosures Business Associate shall document disclosures of PHI and all information related to such disclosures as would be required for Covered Entity to respond to a request by an Individual for an accounting of disclosures of PHI in accordance with 45 CFR § 164.528. Business Associate shall provide such information to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual, to permit Covered Entity to respond to an accounting request. Business Associate shall provide such information in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any accounting request that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.
Resolution of discrepancies In the event of any discrepancy between the information set forth in any report provided by the Custodian to the Company and any information contained in the books or records of the Company, the Company shall promptly notify the Custodian thereof and the parties shall cooperate to diligently resolve the discrepancy.
Documentation of Disclosures Business Associate agrees to document uses and disclosures of PHI and information related to such uses and disclosures as required for Covered Entity to respond to a request by an individual for an accounting of disclosures of PHI in accordance with 45 C.F.R. § 164.528.
Annexes and Footnotes The Annexes and footnotes to this Agreement shall constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
INTEGRATIONS & MODIFICATIONS This Agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties. Except as identified in this Agreement, there are no other prior written agreements and no prior or contemporaneous oral agreements that are a part of this Agreement. No modification to this Agreement shall be valid, unless in writing and executed by both parties.
Forms of Cooperation Development cooperation may take the form of technical or financial cooperation, humanitarian or emergency assistance. It may be carried out either on a purely bilateral basis, or also in cooperation with other donors and/or multilateral organisations.
Annexes, Appendices and Footnotes The annexes, appendices and footnotes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
