Institute Personnel definition

Institute Personnel means any person working at the LOEB, including but not limited to any Investigator, professor, technician, associate, medical professional, or student (including a pre- or post-doctoral student), any independent contractor (including any consultant under an obligation of confidentiality), or any research collaborator, student or consultant who participates in the R&D Program in any manner or who acquires knowledge of any test data, clinical information or any other information resulting from any R&D Program which is deemed a trade secret or confidential or proprietary to CpG or LOEB.

More Definitions of Institute Personnel

Institute Personnel means the employee or employees of the Institute who are specifically assigned the duty of providing administrative assistance to the Discipline Committee;
Institute Personnel means and include all Faculty, Students, Staff, (permanent and temporary), Retired but Continuing Faculty, Consultants, Ad-hoc Appointees, and Contract Employees, engaging in higher education and advanced research at the premises of the Institute or off the premises of the Institute, working during leave or on duty from the Institute, including Research Staff, Research Associates, Post-Doctoral Researchers, Students enrolled by the Institute in various Degree Programs of the Institute, regardless of the mode of entry through which they are admitted, such as Undergraduate Admission and Graduate Admission under the M.E./M.Tech./M.Tech.(Research)/M.Mgt./MDes/ M.Sc.(Engg.)/Ph.D. programs, the Integrated PhD program, the External Registration Program (ERP), the Quality Improvement Program (QIP), as well as students at the Institute from other Universities (whether in India or abroad) studying/conducting research under exchange programs. Institute Personnel also includes visiting faculty members or scientists, adjunct faculty, industrial personnel, fellows project/research/technical assistants, summer fellows/trainees and any other personnel from outside institute engaged in research and development work at the institute independently or in collaboration with Institute Personnel. Institute Personnel whose R&D effort results in an Invention, and whose IP needs to be protected by the Institute, will be referred to in this document as Inventors.
Institute Personnel means part-time and full-time members of the faculty, technical, administrative or the supporting staff and employees, undergraduate and postgraduate students, doctoral and postdoctoral fellows of the Institute.

  • Expatriate Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile outside India;

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
