Xx Xxxxxxxx. If the LPA hires a pre-qualified consultant, the LPA shall be responsible for monitoring the consultant’s activities and ensuring that the consultant is following all Federal and State laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
Xx Xxxxxxxx. Xxx Seller is not required to obtain the consent of any other party or any consent, license, approval, registration, authorization, or declaration of or with any governmental authority, bureau or agency in connection with the execution, delivery, performance, validity, or enforceability of this Agreement or any other Basic Document to which it is a party that has not already been obtained.
Xx Xxxxxxxx. Xxx Xxxxxx xx xxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxain the consent of any other party or any consent, license, approval, registration, authorization, or declaration of or with any governmental authority, bureau or agency in connection with the execution, delivery, performance, validity, or enforceability of this Agreement or any other Basic Document to which it is a party that has not already been obtained.
Xx Xxxxxxxx. The trademarks must always be displayed in their original, correct layout.
2.3.6. Images of Payment Cards used in marketing materials must not contain a valid card number or Cardholder name.
2.3.7. The use of the trademarks must not violate the owners’ rights to the trademarks and must not create the impression that the products and services are sponsored, produced, offered, sold or otherwise supported by Nets and/or the Card Organisations.
2.3.8. The Merchant has no other rights – such as owner- ship or intellectual property rights – to the trade- marks beyond to the above-mentioned right of use.
2.3.9. On expiry of the Agreement, the Merchant must cease its use of the trademarks, including in sig- nage, marketing on the Internet or via other media, or any other form of marketing.
2.4. Requirements regarding the Merchant’s website for E-commerce Transactions
2.4.1. The Merchant’s website must contain at least the following information:
a) The Merchant’s name, company registration number and address (including country)
b) E-mail address and telephone number for customer service or similar department
c) Description of the products/services that the Merchant sells (including prices, taxes and fees)
d) General terms and conditions (including the rules related to Cardholder’s right of cancella- tion, delivery and payment) as well as shipping costs
e) A “click to accept” button or another type of confirmation function on the website whereby the Cardholder is required to accept the condi- tions governing return policy of the products
f) It must be evident that customers are able to pay using Payment Cards
g) The trademarks of the Payment Cards that the Merchant accepts as means of payment must be apparent. The trademarks must also be displayed in the place where the Cardholder chooses the payment method
h) Transaction currency (e.g. DKK, EUR, XXX, SEK)
i) Any export restrictions
2.4.2. In addition, the Merchant’s payment solution must contain a function for the Cardholders to enter their Security Code.

Xx Xxxxxxxx. (a) The execution and delivery of this Agreement by Brian L. Roberts do not, and the performance of this Agreement by Briax X. Xxxxxxx xxxl not, (i) conflict with or violate any law, rule, xxxxxxxxxx, xxxer, judgment or decree applicable to Brian L. Roberts or by which Brian L. Roberts's units of membership inxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxst Stockholdex xx xxxxx xxxxxx of Brian L. Roberts are bound or affected or (ii) result in any breach of xx xxxxxxxxxx x default (or an event that, with or without notice or lapse of time or both, would become a default) under, or give to others any rights of termination, amendment, acceleration or cancellation of, or result in the creation of a Lien on any of Brian L Roberts's units of membership interests in Comcast Stockholder xxxxxxxx xx, xxx note, bond, mortgage, indenture, contract, agreement, lease, license, permit, franchise or other instrument or obligation to which Brian L. Roberts is a party or by which Brian L. Roberts or Brian L. Rxxxxxx'x xxxxx xf membership interests ix Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxoldex xx xxxxx xxxxxx of Brian L. Roberts are bound or affected, except, in the case of clauses (x) xxx (xx), xor any such conflicts, violations, breaches, defaults or other occurrences that would not reasonably be expected to prevent or delay the performance by Brian L. Roberts of his obligations under this Agreement.
(x) Xxx xxxxxxxxx and delivery of this Agreement by Brian L. Roberts do not, and the performance of this Agreement by Briax X. Xxxxxxx xxxl not, require any consent, approval, authorizatiox xx xxxxxx xx, or filing with or notification to, any federal, state, local or foreign regulatory body, except (i) filings with the SEC under the 1934 Act and (ii) where the failure to obtain such consents, approvals, authorizations or permits, or to make such filings or notifications, would not reasonably be expected to prevent or delay the performance by Brian L. Roberts of his obligations under this Agreement.
