Other Minerals Reserved Sample Clauses

Other Minerals Reserved. This Lease does not include and there is hereby excepted and reserved unto Lessor all of the sulfur, coal, lignite, uranium, and other fissionable material, geothermal energy, base and precious metals, rock, stone, gravel, and any other mineral substances (excepting those described above in the Grant of Lease) presently owned by Lessor in, under, or upon the Leased Premises, together with rights of ingress and egress and use of the Leased Premises by Lessor or its lessees or assignees for purposes of exploration for and production and marketing of the materials and minerals reserved hereby.

The mineral and other material excepted and reserved include, but are not limited to, sulfur, coal, lignite, uranium, and other fissionable material, geothermal energy, base and precious metals, rock, stone, gravel, and any other mineral substances (excepting those described above in the Grant of Lease) presently owned or subsequently acquired by Lessor or any successors-in-interest, lessees and/or assignees in, under or upon the Leased Premises, together with rights of ingress and egress and use of the Leased Premises by Lessor or its successors-in-interest, lessees and/or assignees for purposes of exploration for and production and marketing of the materials and minerals reserved hereby.
