Common use of Other Miscellaneous Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Miscellaneous Benefits. The Company shall pay or reimburse Employee for the following miscellaneous benefits: (i) Annual dues for association membership for relevant professional groups; and (ii) Subscriptions and purchase of books, journals, publications, and other materials that relate to Employee's job duties and responsibilities.

(ii) Subscriptions Subscription and purchase of books, journals, publications, and other materials that publications which relate to Employee's job duties and responsibilities. Employee shall first obtain authorization for payment or purchases referred to in (i) and (ii) from the President of the Company before incurring such costs.
