Common use of Other Perquisites Clause in Contracts

Other Perquisites. The Executive shall also be entitled to: (i) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis available under such policies and procedures; (ii) paid vacation and fringe benefits in accordance with the most favorable policies of the Corporation; and (iii) all forms of perquisite benefits made available to senior officers of the Corporation.

Other Perquisites. The Executive shall also be entitled to: (i) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis available under such policies and proceduresavailable; (ii) paid vacation and fringe benefits in accordance with the most favorable policies of the Corporation; and (iii) all forms of perquisite benefits made available to senior officers of the Corporation.

The Executive shall also be entitled to: (i) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis available under such policies and proceduresavailable; (ii) paid vacation and fringe benefits in accordance with the most favorable policies of the Corporation; and (iii) all forms an office or offices of perquisite benefits made a size and with furnishings and other appointments, and to secretarial and other assistance, on a basis no less favorable than that basis generally available to senior officers executives of the CorporationCorporation holding comparable positions or having comparable responsibilities.

Other Perquisites. The During the Term, the Executive shall also be entitled to: (i) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive, provided that Executive in accordance supports appropriate documentation with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis available under such policies and procedures;requests; and (ii) paid vacation and fringe all employee benefits in accordance with the most favorable policies of the Corporation; and (iii) all forms of perquisite benefits made available to senior officers of the Corporation's employee benefit plans.

Other Perquisites. The Executive shall also be entitled to: (i) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis available under such policies and proceduresavailable; (ii) paid vacation and fringe benefits in accordance with the most favorable policies of the Corporation; and (iii) all forms of other perquisite benefits made available to senior officers of the CorporationCorporation not specifically mentioned herein.

The Executive shall also be entitled to: (i) prompt reimbursement for all reasonable expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Corporation providing the highest level of reimbursement on the least restrictive basis available under such policies and proceduresCorporation; (ii) paid vacation and fringe benefits in accordance with on the most favorable policies same basis as is made available to other senior officers of the Corporation; and (iii) all forms of perquisite benefits perquisites made available to senior officers of the Corporation.
