OTHER PROVISIONS 17. 1. The Company may amend the terms of this Agreement and other documents defining the rights and duties of the Customer and the Com- pany (including the conditions of any regulations, provisions, notifications, and agreements). In case the Company makes changes to the foresaid documents, it shall give a notice to the Customers thereof through “My Account” functionality.
