OTHER PROVISIONS 9. 5.1‌ GC represents and warrants the following to County (in addition to any other representations and warranties contained in the Contract Documents), as an inducement to County to execute this Contract, which representations and warranties shall survive the execution and delivery of this Contract, any termination of this Contract, and the final completion of the Work: .1 that it and its Subcontractors are financially solvent, able to pay all debts as they mature, and possessed of sufficient working capital to complete the Work and perform all obligations hereunder; .2 that it is able to furnish the tools, materials, supplies, equipment, and labor required to complete the Work and perform its obligations hereunder;
