Car Rental Sample Clauses

Car Rental. All car rental charges are paid directly by Engility travelers and/or Engility.
Car Rental. Private Motor Vehicles only Where the covered vehicle is stolen, hijacked or deemed to be a total loss, the Companies will pay for the hire of a replacement vehicle up to R250 (two hundred and fifty Rand) per day under the following conditions: 4.2.1 The hire period will terminate on the day following recovery, repossession or settlement of the claim by way of cash for total loss or cash in lieu of repairs, or 21 (twenty one) days, whichever is the shorter. 4.2.2 All fuels and lubricants will be your responsibility.
Car RentalThe contractor shall be reimbursed for car rental upon approval by the SO.
Car Rental. In the U.S., compact cars will be rented when available, and comparable models will be rented when traveling internationally. All optional insurance for rental cars while on L-3 business in the U.S. and Canada, are not reimbursable. Optional collision insurance purchased internationally is acceptable where obligatory. Fines for parking or traffic violations are not reimbursable expenses whether incurred in a rental car or while using one’s personal automobile for L-3 business.
Car Rental. 6.1 Vendors that must travel may rent a car at their destination when it is less expensive than other transportation such as taxis, airport shuttles or public transportation such as buses or subways. 6.2 Cars rented must be economy or mid-size. Luxury vehicle rentals will not be reimbursed. Any rental costs over and above the cost of a mid-size rental will be adjusted. 6.3 Vendors will be reimbursed for rental cars if the rental car cost would have been less than the mileage reimbursement cost (based on the distance from vendor’s point of origin to Williamson County, Texas) had the vendor driven vendor’s car. 6.4 Vendors must return a car rental with appropriate fuel levels as required by rental agreement to avoid the car rental company from adding fuel charges. 6.5 Rental agreement and credit card receipt must be provided to County as back up for the request for reimbursement. 6.6 Insurance purchased when renting vehicle may also be reimbursed. 6.7 Car Rental optional extras such as GPS, roadside assistance, and administrative fees on Tolls will not be reimbursed.
Car Rental. The Seller shall be reimbursed for car rental, exclusive of mileage charges, as authorized in the basic contract or upon approval by Northrop Grumman, when the services are required to be performed beyond the normal commuting distance form the Seller’s facilities. Car rental for a team on TDY at one site will be allowed for a minimum of four (4) persons per car, provided that such number or greater comprise the TDY team.

The Rentee is obliged to familiarize themselves thoroughly with the condition of the rented Car and confirm its condition by signing the Agreement. Any reservations as to the condition of the Car should be reported to the Renter before leaving the parking space.
