Other Radio or Telecommunication Equipment. During the Lease Term, and subject to Landlord’s rights under this License and under the Lease, Landlord reserves the right to lease space in the Building Project and grant licenses for space on the roof of the Building Project, for the operation of radio, telecommunication, and other equipment by other tenants and licensees and may relocate the Equipment Space in accordance with Paragraph 1 hereof, from time to time to utilize the space on the roof in a manner satisfactory to Landlord; provided, however, that such other equipment or relocation shall not unreasonably interfere with Tenant’s installation, operation, maintenance, or repair of the Equipment

Other Radio or Telecommunication Equipment. The Licensor covenants that the Licensee’s use and enjoyment of the Equipment Space shall not knowingly be disturbed by the Licensor. The Licensor will use reasonable efforts not to adversely affect the Licensee's provision of services to its customers in the Building. If the operation of other telecommunication equipment installed by others interferes with the Licensee's use of the Equipment, then the Licensor agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to rectify the interference from the other telecommunications equipment, but if such interference with the Licensee’s use of the Equipment persists for longer than 48-hours, then, within the next 48 hours, the matter will be escalated to the senior management of each of the Licensor and Licensee, and it shall be discussed and decided how to best end the interference, and to facilitate the full operation of the DAS and the Equipment, with all parties acknowledging and agreeing that the operation of the DAS and Equipment is of utmost importance and any interference with the DAS and/or the Equipment shall cause the Licensee irreparable harm. If interference persists after such discussions and decisions, then the Licensee can bring the issue to the appropriate governmental authorities, or other third party bodies that mediate or arbitrate interference related issues, namely the Frequency Coordination System Association, or similar industry associations, which decisions shall be binding on the Licensor, and all applicable third parties, with such decisions including to shut down the operation of the third party’s telecommunication equipment until such interference is rectified.

  • Telecommunications Services The offering of telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, long-distance telephone or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.
