Equipment Space definition

Equipment Space means a reasonable amount of equipment room space in each Building, not to exceed 100 square feet, that is sufficient to enable FirstWorld to install the Cable and Equipment needed by FirstWorld to deliver the services described by this Agreement, which Equipment Space shall be in a reasonable configuration taking into account the size and shape of the equipment room in which the same will be located and the number of service providers requiring space within such equipment room. Once Equipment is installed in any Building, Equipment Space shall exclude equipment room space not utilized by FirstWorld.
Equipment Space means the leased ground space where cabinets, generators, cabling, conduit, backhaul fiber, electrical feeds and similar supporting communications equipment are located.
Equipment Space means the area within the CloudWyze facility that Customer may occupy and use.

Examples of Equipment Space in a sentence

  • Aptum agrees to prepare the Equipment Space and/or the Premises for Customer prior to the Commencemnt Date in accordance with Service Order or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties in writing.

  • Customer shall notify Aptum in writing in advance of the installation of additional or replacement Equipment, in order that Aptum may verify that the Weight Parameters of the Equipment does not exceed the load capacity of the Premises or the Equipment Space.

  • Customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that its employees, representatives, customers and other third party end-users access and use the Services, Premises and Equipment Space only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement including the Aptum Acceptable Use Policy.

  • Customer shall not sublicense, lease, rent, share, resell or allow the use of the Equipment or Equipment Space, in whole or in part, by any third party, including but not limited to, other providers of telecommunications services, without Aptum prior written consent.

  • The Parties intend that Equipment, whether or not physically affixed to the Equipment Space, shall not be considered fixtures.


More Definitions of Equipment Space

Equipment Space means that area of space to be used for the installation of VGSI Equipment within any POP identified on Schedule 2, to be determined as set forth in clause 5.1.
Equipment Space means approximately 50 square feet located on the fifty-second (52nd) floor of the Building as designated in Exhibit “B” attached hereto. The Equipment Space will be used by the Licensee as the building service site.

Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, any item to be constructed or installed at the Equipment Space pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid for, constructed and maintained by Lessee.
Equipment Space means space provided in an AT&T central office building under a Space License pursuant to Attachment 18 of this Agreement, in which PACIFIC equipment is located.
Equipment Space means the designated area within the SHDT Facility that Customer may occupy and use.
