Equipment Space definition

Equipment Space means a reasonable amount of equipment room space in each Building, not to exceed 100 square feet, that is sufficient to enable FirstWorld to install the Cable and Equipment needed by FirstWorld to deliver the services described by this Agreement, which Equipment Space shall be in a reasonable configuration taking into account the size and shape of the equipment room in which the same will be located and the number of service providers requiring space within such equipment room. Once Equipment is installed in any Building, Equipment Space shall exclude equipment room space not utilized by FirstWorld.
Equipment Space means the leased ground space where cabinets, generators, cabling, conduit, backhaul fiber, electrical feeds and similar supporting communications equipment are located.
Equipment Space means approximately 50 square feet located on the fifty-second (52nd) floor of the Building as designated in Exhibit “B” attached hereto. The Equipment Space will be used by the Licensee as the building service site.

More Definitions of Equipment Space

Equipment Space means that area of space to be used for the installation of VGSI Equipment within any POP identified on Schedule 2, to be determined as set forth in clause 5.1.
Equipment Space means the Rooftop Equipment Space, Generator Space and Electrical Space (as described in Article 6 herein) and shown on Exhibit B to this Lease. The Rentable Square Footage of the Equipment Space is estimated to be [*] Rentable Square Feet, subject to Landlord's Confirmation.

Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, any item to be constructed or installed at the Equipment Space pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid for, constructed and maintained by Lessee.
Equipment Space means the area provided for the Transmitters and associated broadcast transmission equipment as designated in Schedule 5.2 by Lessor for the limited purpose of constructing, installation, maintenance, operation, repair or removal of the equipment. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, any item to be constructed or installed at the Equipment Space pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid for, constructed and maintained by Lessee.
