  • Reasonable Overtime (a) There is a requirement to work reasonable overtime. Subject to that requirement being met, it is not compulsory for an Employee to work overtime in a particular case.   • Reasonable Cooperation By accepting the Restricted Stock, the Employee acknowledges and agrees that, during the course of the Employee’s employment with the Company, the Employee will be involved in, and may have information or knowledge of, business matters that may become the subject of legal action, including threatened litigation, investigations, administrative proceedings, hearings or disputes.
