Other Regulatory and Governmental Requirements. At SCE’s request, Seller shall maintain and deliver to SCE copies of records and supporting documentation with respect to the Product or the Project that Seller is not already required to maintain or deliver under this Agreement, in order to comply with all Applicable Laws.
