U.S. Federal Procurement Requirements Without limiting Section 12.1, in light of DXC’s status as a U.S. Federal contractor and subcontractor, all applicable procurement regulations required by federal statute or regulation to be inserted in contracts or subcontracts apply to this Order, including but not limited to FAR 52.219-8 (Utilization of Small Business Concerns), FAR 52.219.-9 (Small Business Subcontracting Plan), FAR 52.219-16 (Liquidated Damages Subcontracting Plan), FAR 52.222-26 (Equal Opportunity), FAR 52.222-35 (Equal Opportunity for Special Disabled Veterans, Veterans of the Vietnam Era, and other Eligible Veterans), FAR 52.222-36 (Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities), FAR 52.222-39 ( Notification of Employee Rights Concerning Payment of Union Dues or Fees), FAR 52.222-41 (Service Contract Act of 1965), and FAR 52.247-64 (Preference for Privately Owned U.S. Flag Commercial Vessels).
Other Requirements AVIF will require that each Participating Insurance Company and Participating Plan enter into an agreement with AVIF that contains in substance the same provisions as are set forth in Sections 4.1(b), 4.1(d), 4.3(a), 4.4(b), 4.5(a), 5, and 10 of this Agreement.
Compliance with Federal and State Work Authorization and Immigration Laws The Contractor and all subcontractors, suppliers and consultants must comply with all federal and state work authorization and immigration laws, and must certify compliance using the form set forth in Section 7 (“Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavits”). The required certificates must be filed with the Owner and copied maintained by the Contractor as of the beginning date of this contract and each subcontract, supplier contract, or consultant contract, and upon final payment to the subcontractor or consultant. State officials, including officials of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts, officials of the Owner, retain the right to inspect and audit the Project Site and employment records of the Contractor, subcontractors and consultants without notice during normal working hours until Final Completion, and as otherwise specified by law and by Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts.
Deposit Requirements Funds may be deposited to any account in any manner approved by the Credit Union in accordance with the requirements set forth in the “Rate Addendum and Schedule of Fees and Charges.” All accounts are non- assignable and nonnegotiable to third parties. Certificate accounts are governed by the terms of this Agreement, the terms of the “Rate Addendum and Schedule of Fees and Charges,” and the terms and disclosures on your certificate account receipt for each account, which is incorporated herein by this reference.
Compliance with Xxxxx-Xxxxx and Related Act requirements All rulings and interpretations of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx and Related Acts contained in 29 CFR parts 1, 3, and 5 are herein incorporated by reference in this contract.
Occupational First Aid Requirements and Courses (a) The Union and the Employer agree that First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with.
Other Program Requirements A. The Developer agrees to adopt affirmative marketing procedures and requirements and prepare a written Affirmative Marketing Plan for projects containing five or more HOME-assisted units. The Affirmative Marketing Plan must be available for public inspection in the Developer’s office. The plan must contain specific steps and actions that the Developer will take to provide information and otherwise attract eligible persons for all racial, ethnic, and gender groups in the housing market area to the available housing. Specific activities that must be included in the Developer’s Affirmative Marketing Plan include:
OTHER AUDIT REQUIREMENTS (NOTE: This part would be used to specify any additional audit requirements imposed by the State awarding entity that are solely a matter of that State awarding entity’s policy (i.e., the audit is not required by Federal or State laws and is not in conflict with other Federal or State audit requirements). Pursuant to Section 215.97(8), Florida Statutes, State agencies may conduct or arrange for audits of state financial assistance that are in addition to audits conducted in accordance with Section 215.97, Florida Statutes.
