Other Rights Preserved. Nothing in this Section 4 eliminates or diminishes rights which the Company may have with respect to the subject matter hereof under other agreements, the governing statutes, or under provisions of law, equity, or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, this section does not limit any rights the Company may have under any agreement with Employee regarding trade secrets and confidential information.

Nothing in this Section 4 eliminates or diminishes rights we may have with respect to the subject matter hereof under other agreements, our governing documents or statutes, or provisions of law (including but not limited to common law and the Uniform Trade Secrets Act), equity, or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, this Section 4 does not limit any rights we may have under any Spirit policies or any agreements with you regarding Confidential Information.
Other Rights Preserved. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, the rights, powers and remedies under this Agreement are in addition to, and do not exclude or limit, any right, power or remedy provided by law or equity.

Employee expressly acknowledges the County is not requiring Employee to release Employee’s claims for workers’ compensation benefits, claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, health insurance benefits under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act, or claims with regard to vested benefits under a LEOFF, PERS, PSERS, or City of Seattle retirement plan.
Other Rights Preserved. Nothing in this Paragraph 7 eliminates or diminishes rights the Company or the Parent may have with respect to the subject matter hereof under other agreements, its governing documents or statutes, or provisions of law (including but not limited to common law and the Uniform Trade Secrets Act), equity, or otherwise. Without limiting the foregoing, this Paragraph 7 does not limit any rights the Company or the Parent may have under any of its policies or any agreements with the Executive regarding Confidential Information.
Other Rights Preserved. The availability or exercise of the right to terminate this Agreement pursuant to this Article shall not serve to diminish or effect the right of the Parties to seek damages or specific performance, for breach of this Agreement, as provided in Article 17.11 hereof.
Other Rights Preserved. Employee expressly acknowledges the County is not requiring Employee to release Employee’s claims for workers compensation benefits, claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act, health insurance benefits under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA), or claims with regard to vested benefits under a retirement plan governed by the Washington State Department of Retirement Systems.
Other Rights Preserved. Nothing in this Agreement shall affect or prejudice the Company’s rights in respect of the Lands under the provisions of any other right of way, held by the Company that encumbers the Lands or under applicable laws.
Other Rights Preserved. The indemnification and advancement of expenses provided by this Article shall not be deemed exclusive of any other rights to which those persons involved may be entitled under any agreement, vote of Members or disinterested Directors, or otherwise, both as to action in such person’s official capacity and as to action in another capacity while holding such office.
Other Rights Preserved. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Variation Agreement, the rights, powers and remedies under this Variation Agreement are in addition to, and do not exclude or limit, any right, power or remedy provided by law or equity.
