Common use of OTHER STOPPAGES Clause in Contracts

OTHER STOPPAGES. No claims will be admitted (other than those allowed for under “Breakdown” (clause 10) or for any idle time defined in the Pricing Document), for stoppages through causes outside the Supplier’s control, including but not limited to bad weather and / or ground conditions nor shall the Supplier be responsible for the cost or expense of recovering any Plant from soft or unsuitable ground, or a hazardous environment.
