Other Tests. Promptly submit to the Lender copies of reports of all physical tests at any time made on the Land, the Improvements or the materials to be incorporated into the Improvements and shall, at the Borrower's expense, cause to be made such additional tests from time to time as the Lender may reasonably require after any change in the Premises or receipt by the Lender of any such report.
