OTHER THAN CITY STREETS. On streets outside of the jurisdiction of NYCDOT the Contractor shall pay the cost of inspection on all work of replacing pavements, sidewalks and grassed areas, as well as the cost of inspection for the construction, alterations, removal or making connections to structures under the control of other City Departments or Bureaus that require such inspection and payment.
