Other Transportation Costs. All in-state and/or out-of-state travel must be approved in advance by the Sheriff or designee. The cost of in-state transportation and/or out-of-state transportation for air, train, or bus travel shall be reimbursed on an actual cost basis. No transportation costs will be reimbursed unless the employee has received prior approval of his or her supervisor.
