Our Additional Representations and Warranties. In addition to the representations and warranties set forth in Section 9.1, we represent and warrant to you that: (i) the Subscription Services will conform in all material respects with the applicable Specifications during the Term; and (ii) the Hardware will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the initial Hardware Acceptance Date or for so long as the Hardware is leased from Shift5 to Customer ("Hardware Warranty Period").
