Hardware Warranty Period definition

Hardware Warranty Period means the period of 24 (twenty four) months beginning on the date the Hardware is first activated (as confirmed by DBS’s server records) or 30 (thirty) months from delivery of the Hardware, whichever expires first.
Hardware Warranty Period means the period of time specified on the Order Form for the Hardware limited warranty described in these Minimum Terms.
Hardware Warranty Period has the meaning set forth in Section 13.2(b).

Examples of Hardware Warranty Period in a sentence

  • Replacement parts will be warranted for the remainder of the Hardware Warranty Period in effect for the original Hardware purchased, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.

  • If during the Software Warranty Period or Hardware Warranty Period, a nonconformity is reported to NetAlly, NetAlly, at its option, will use commercially reasonable efforts to repair or replace the non-conforming Software or Hardware.

  • Licensor warrants that the Software for a period of 90 days ("Software Warranty Period") and the Hardware for a period of 12 months ("Hardware Warranty Period"), in either case from its original date of shipment or, in the case of Software, when first made available to you for download, will substantially conform to the Documentation.

  • If, during (i) the Media Warranty Period, a defect in the media occurs and is reported to Licensor, the media may be returned to Licensor, and Licensor will replace the media without charge to you, or (ii) the Software Warranty Period or Hardware Warranty Period, a failure of the Software or Hardware to conform as warranted occurs and is reported to Licensor, Licensor, at its option, will use commercially reasonable efforts to repair or replace the non-conforming Software or Hardware.

  • If any such Hardware proves defective under the foregoing warranty during the Hardware Warranty Period, Grass Valley, at its option, will either (i) repair the defective Hardware without charge for parts and labor or (ii) provide a replacement in exchange for the defective Hardware.


More Definitions of Hardware Warranty Period

Hardware Warranty Period means the period of 12 months after the Hardware is accepted.
