Your Stay definition

Your Stay commences on the Check in Date and end on the Check-out Date as indicated on the Student Portal, except if cancellation occurs in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement;
Your Stay or “ the Booking” - means the rental period which starts at the date and time indicated and ends at the date and time indicated on the most recent Booking summary or email relating to the booking between the Owner or Agent and the Xxxxxx. The Owner agrees to let the Property/Properties under license to the Xxxxxx and Guest(s) giving them permission to occupy, with the Xxxxxx and Guest(s) agreeing to give full vacant possession on or before the agreed departure date at or before the agreed departure time. The license to occupy the premises does not start until the agreed start date and expires on the agreed date of departure. All keys must be surrendered. All rights of access to the Property/Properties are withdrawn after that agreed departure date and time. “Reasonable and Prudent Property Letting Operator” - a person or company seeking in good faith to perform his obligations and in doing so and in the general conduct of his undertaking exercising that degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight that would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced person engaged in the same type of undertaking (i.e. an undertaking which (inter alia) lets out his Property under the same or similar circumstances) and any reference to the standard of a Reasonable and Prudent Property Lettings Operator shall be a reference to such a degree of skill, diligence, prudence and foresight;

This includes children and youth who are sharing the housing of other persons due to loss of housing, economic hardship or a similar reason, living in motels, parks or campgrounds; or children or youth who have a primary nighttime residence that is a public or private place not designed for or ordinarily used as a sleeping accommodation by human beings; or children or youth living in cars, abandoned buildings or substandard housing or similar situations; or migratory children because they are living in circumstances like those described above. “Substandard housing” may be determined by considering factors such as whether the setting in which the child or youth is living lacks water, electricity or heat; is infested with vermin or mold; lacks a working kitchen or toilet, or presents unreasonable dangers to adults, children or persons with disabilities. Cities, counties and states have varying housing codes that further define housing deemed substandard by law.

  • Healthcare services means any services included in the furnishing to any individual of medical, podiatric, or dental care, or hospitalization, or incident to the furnishing of that care or hospitalization, and the furnishing to any person of any and all other services for the purpose of preventing, alleviating, curing, or healing human illness, injury, or physical disability. Medically Necessary means medical, surgical, or other services required for the prevention, diagnosis, cure, or treatment of a health-related condition, including such services necessary to prevent a decremental change in either medical or mental health status. Originating Site means a site at which a patient is located at the time Healthcare Services are provided to them by means of telemedicine, which can be include a patient's home where Medically Necessary and Clinically Appropriate. Store-and-forward Technology means the technology used to enable the transmission of a patient's medical information from an Originating Site to the Healthcare Provider at the Distant Site without the patient being present. Telemedicine means the delivery of clinical Healthcare Services by use of real time, two-way synchronous audio, video, telephone-audio-only communications or electronic media or other telecommunications technology including, but not limited to: online adaptive interviews, remote patient monitoring devices, audiovisual communications, including the application of secure video conferencing and store-and-forward technology to provide or support healthcare delivery, which facilitate the assessment, diagnosis, counseling and prescribing treatment, and care management of a patient’s health care while such patient is at an Originating Site and the Healthcare Provider is at a Distant Site, consistent with applicable federal laws and regulations. “Telemedicine” does not include an email message or facsimile transmission between a Provider and patient, or an automated computer program used to diagnose and/or treat ocular or refractive conditions.
