  • Use of County Facilities County facilities may be made available for use by employees and the Union. Such use shall not occur during regular working hours other than the lunch period. Application for such use shall be made to the management person under whose control the facility is placed.

  • USE OF COUNTY PROPERTY CONTRACTOR shall not use County property (including equipment, instruments and supplies) or personnel for any purpose other than in the performance of his/her obligations under this Agreement.

  • Non-Employment of COUNTY Personnel 2.1.1 A-E agrees that it will neither negotiate, offer, or give employment to any full-time, regular employee of COUNTY in professional classifications of the same skills required for the performance of this CONTRACT who is involved in this Project in a participatory status during the life of this CONTRACT regardless of the assignments said employee may be given or the days or hours employee may work.

  • Use of County Buildings The Union shall be allowed the use of areas normally used for meeting purposes for meetings of County employees during non-work hours when:

  • Security Controls for State Agency Data In accordance with Senate Bill 475, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2054.138, Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that if, pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is or will be authorized to access, transmit, use, or store data for System Agency, Contractor is required to meet the security controls the System Agency determines are proportionate with System Agency’s risk under the Contract based on the sensitivity of System Agency’s data and that Contractor must periodically provide to System Agency evidence that Contractor meets the security controls required under the Contract.

  • Conflict of Interest – County Personnel The County of Orange Board of Supervisors policy prohibits its employees from engaging in activities involving a conflict of interest. The Contractor shall not, during the period of this Contract, employ any County employee for any purpose.

  • Closeout of Equipment 1. At the end of the term of a Contract that has no additional renewals or that will not be renewed (Closeout), or when a Contract is otherwise terminated, Grantee will submit to the SUD email box, XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx an inventory of equipment purchased with System Agency funds and request disposition instructions for such equipment.
