Common use of OUTCOME REVIEW Clause in Contracts

OUTCOME REVIEW. The INSURER will establish an Outcome Review Program to assess the quality of inpatient and ambulatory care management provided by the primary health care providers, as described in the INSURER's Proposal. The INSURER shall notify the ADMINISTRATION on a quarterly basis of all findings in the Outcome Review Program. The ADMINISTRATION may review and/or audit the program findings at any time.
