Common use of Outpatient Treatment Clause in Contracts

Outpatient Treatment. a) Twenty-four (24) group counseling sessions at a minimum of ninety (90) minutes each; b) Four (4) fifty (50)-minute individual counseling sessions or eight (8) twenty-five (25)-minute sessions or a combination of each, not to exceed a total of two hundred (200) minutes of individual counseling time, without prior approval of ADMINISTRATOR; c) Three (3) weekly Self-Help meetings for sixteen (16) weeks, for a minimum of forty-eight (48) meetings not to be entered into IRIS as a unit of service;
